SHIPPING NOTES
Please allow SEVEN days notice for shipped orders. Packages are shipped by UPS which usually results in one-two day delivery. Pricing varies according to size and destination. Due to weather factors, holidays, and any delivery issues, we try to always get your cake there at the requested date but please know it is a request. It may arrive a day before or after. There is no delivery on Sundays or Mondays.
A tracking number will be sent through email once your order ships. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For shipped cakes, we use a hard frosting that is able to be be packaged and secure during shipping. This allows safety for dogs as it does not need refrigeration during travel.
LOCAL PICK UP NOTES
As we are NOT A STOREFRONT, please note your order will be ready no earlier than the time requested at check-out. When you arrive at 298A Columbus Ave, please call or text to pick up your order.
